The Festival has been running for over 29 years and used to trade as The National Crafts Fair under a UK organiser at Fort Regent. It then moved to The Royal Jersey Showground at Trinity in Jersey and Ian Barnes took it over 9 years ago and re-named it The Festival of Arts & Crafts. Since then the event has developed into more of a wellbeing festival and now includes healthy living & beauty.
