Orthotic Technician & Event Lead
Full-timeFull-time, salaried · York-based with UK travel
Carry out digital gait analysis, assess and build custom orthotics, and lead our team on-site at shows and events across the UK.
- Full training + a funded Diploma in Orthotics & Biomechanics
- Driving licence required
- 3–4 events per month in season · TOIL for weekend work
A biomechanics focus, orthotist, biomechanics or sports-science graduate, or related clinical/technical field.
Orthotic Sales Assistants
FreelanceFreelance, event-based · February to November
Be the first point of contact for customers at live events — introducing them to custom orthotics and helping drive on-site sales.
- Confident communicator, comfortable outdoors and on weekends
Previous customer-facing sales experience (health, fitness, wellness or medical products a plus).
Customer & Operations Support
Part-timePart-time · York office · Tue–Thu, 10:00–16:00
A friendly, organised person to support customer service, order processing and event administration from our York office.
- Three days a week, 18 hours total
- Hours can increase at busy times
- Training provided
Previous admin or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential.
