APPOINTMENTS IN YORK
York consultation appointments are on pre-booked basis only, please call or email us to arrange a suitable time and date.
Include any information regarding your foot pain and discomforts that you think may be useful.
Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for your appointment. Bring a selection of your footwear to try a sample orthotic in.

We request that customers do NOT send them signed for, special or recorded delivery, as it delays the adjustment process. They need to be sent normal 1st or 2nd class post, with proof of posting please.
POSTING TO US
We request you do not return your orthotics for any reason until you have spoken to someone at the head office in York, that way we can advise on the best course of action to deal with your queries.
